Outpatients-Sir Robert Peel

The Outpatients Department at Sir Robert Peel Community Hospital is open five days a week, with some clinics also being held on a Saturday morning.  Opening times are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (nurses available from 8.30am)

The department is staffed by reception staff, nursing staff, clinical support workers, and student nurses who attend outpatients on placement as part of their training.  Doctors attend their clinics from Queen’s Hospital, Burton, and other hospitals such as Good Hope. Specialist nurses also run clinics

The outpatient department also has drop-in phlebotomy clinics on Tuesday and Wednesday 9am - noon and Tuesday 1.30pm – 4pm with an afternoon clinic Thursday 1.30pm – 4pm for clients attending the outpatient clinics at the Community Hospitals and Burton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Referrals to Outpatients are made via your GP.
